Mini orbital sander

Mini vibrating sander based on an oscillating toothbrush.
Use for small, detailed sanding jobs. Allows, for example, to correct the defects of a 3D print.
Vibrating toothbrushes are ideal for this type of use. You must cut the hairs of the brush as close as in the photo.
Two versions are available. One with a screw fixing, the other simpler with a drawer.
Screw 2x10 and an 8x3x1 washer.
Use double-sided tape with a small thickness of foam to stick the sandpaper to the sander shoes (see photos).
The replacement brushes are the iO series with an elliptical shape approximately 14.75 x 13.86 mm.
