Small profile gauge/measuring tool, for copying the shape of profiles, can measure profiles approximately 58mm wide with a resolution of 1mm and up to approximately 40mm deep, the end “blades” are 4mm thick to add rigidity, if you need the same resolution all the way to the end you could skip printing the end blades and print an extra 8 regular blades, although they do tend to flex a bit so may be less precise. The screw and block are printed at 0.1mm layer height to make the threads print better, once printed they are a snug fit but after threading the screw in and out a couple of times they fit perfectly. The frame and blades are printed at 0.2mm layer height, they don't need the extra resoluton. To assemble, take the frame and begin slotting the blades through, starting and ending with the thicker end blades if you're using them and all regular blades in between, to ensure smooth use keep all of the blades facing in the same direction, for example all top surfaces facing the
