Mini QCTP Tool Mount

I got my lathe used, and it already had this cheap Amazon Quick Change Tool Post on it. The dovetail is smaller than an OXA Tool holder, so I adapted the original design to fit the smaller tool holders. Since the splash shield on mine is angled, it won't mount to there, so I also solidified the mount to be wall mounted and added a screw hole on the top side.
