Mini Sanding Block - Large Slots

I love the design of this sanding block, but the slots for the nuts were simply too small, and I had to spend ages with a heat gun stretching them enough to fit the nut. This design is identical to the source except for slightly increasing the size of the slots for the nuts.

Put some hot glue (preferably high temp) into the slot and immediately drop and press in the nut. Give them a few minutes to cool completely and they'll be very sturdy.

Author suggests 100% infill, but I've found that 50% gives more than enough strength without wasting too much material. You can go as little as 20% for it to be lightweight, it seems sturdy enough for me. I used PLA.
