Mini Sanding Block

This sanding block is build to fit the short side of standard sandpaper for hand grinders (230mm x 93mm). Anything between 90mm and 95mm will work nicely. The model uses M3 heat inserts to attach the two parts. It is available in two versions, one for short inserts up to 4mm and one for longer inserts up to 6mm. In addition the short version needs an M3x8 screw, the long version an M3x10 screw. You can choose any type that sits flush to the surface (flathead, hex, knobs). Each print profile (short, long) contains a 10mm wide version, a 20mm wide version and a sandpaper cutting guide for each. The printed parts in the picture are made from ABS+, but printing in PLA should be fine too. The cutting guides were printed in PLA.
