Mini Sanding Block, Remixed

This is a remix of tswalter's fine design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2955777).

I wanted to simplify the assembly of this sanding block by eliminating the need for tools when changing sandpaper and during initial assembly of the sanding block.

And I don't know what's going on with Thingiverse's text formatting but I certainly didn't create this to look like one continuous run-on sentence. Sorry if it's hard to read. Not my fault.:(
