Mini Singer Add Ons

These are some accessories for the Mini Sewing Machine by JonManta.

The oval motifs I printed in silver and gold e-silk. I heated them and molded them to the correct shape on the model before gluing them on. These do not show all the details of the originals but still look ok on the machine. Also I used a 0.4mm nozzle which couldn't print all the small detail any way. Maybe if you use a smaller nozzle or set Cura to 'print then walls' it will do better.
The cotton reel post - I sliced it to print two at a time as this gives it time to cool sufficiently between layers as silk doesn't like to print in small circles without a lot more cooling than my machine can deliver.
The base (parts 1 & 2) I had to print on their sides as my build plate is too small. This then requires a lot of support. The preferred position on the build plate is both parts upside down. I have tricked Cura in the past by changing it in 'Settings' to think my build plate is bigger. If you proceed this way do so
