I used these labels from amazon. I also used me-qr.com to create the qr codes and format the information in them.If you use me-qr to generate QR codes, I recommend using the text feature and formatting it there.If you want to make a storage container to store the mini spools, I recommend a 0.5 to 1mm gap all around.
