I just glue up to chassis usb charger an esp32-cam, because they cheap,
Front wheels screwed with m4x25 (m4x30should be better) right into plastic.

52 treads needed, you may print narrow treads if you want build tank faster,
You can find many "tank style" motor control projects for esp32-cam. I use scout32 sketch.
You may use one big front wheel from original mini tank project,
