Mini toa mata arm

Made for XcrismonP's Minionicle series (https://www.thingiverse.com/XcrismonP/designs). Compatible with lego bars and fits 3D printed bars nicely as well, although the bars don't go through all the way unless you shave off some of the excess bits of filament at the bottom of the hole.
