This is a pen holder for your Harbor Freight US General tool box. It should also fit the Mini Kobalt tool boxes from Lowes (But I have not tried). No supports needed. I needed a way to store a set of 36 artistro paint pens on their sides (as per manufacturer recommendation) The pens are about 10mm in diameter so I made the openings 11mm square. They fit really well, snug but still easy to remove. May fit other brand pens but I recommend you measure before you print.
