This is a remix for DIY Mini Variable Lab Bench Power Supply by KRALYN3D

I use exactly the same base, but the cover is modified to
- Connect to main power using standard PC cable (IEC320 C13/C14 3 Pin)
- ON/OFF switch for main power
- more room for fan (original has a conflict at this detail)
