My First 3d Project

Maximum jaw opening is ~35mm

Some of the parts could have been simplified(captive assembly) but i'm very happy with how it looks and that's what really matters to me!

The C Washer, Moving Jaw Screw and Handle Ball will need to be printed twice.

Assembly is straight forward:
- Place the moving nut in the body with screw holes facing through the top of the body
- screw captive screw through the hole in the front of the vice and through the moving nut
- Place one c washer in the slot and push around the channel in the captive screw until you can see both ends
- Place the other c washer in the slot to fully surround the captive screw and then push the clip in behind it pushing from either side until fully seated
- Screw in moving jaw using the two moving jaw screws with the shim between the moving jaw and nut(you may need to scale the z height of the shim to achieve a nice fit)
