Mini Volcanic Pistol

Some dimensions have been scaled for function.

This is a desktop sized model of a volcanic Pistol. It easily fits in your hand, the cocking arm can cock the hammer, and has a fully functioning trigger.


Items needed:
(2) 3mm bolt 12 - 16mm long
Hammer spring ½ to ¾ long. ¼ inch width or less.


Not needed but nice to have:
Trigger spring - I used a cut in half pen spring, any weak spring less than ½ inch long and less than ¼ inch wide will be fine.
Magazine spring - Any compression spring that is a 7/32. Needs to be about 3 inches long or a couple stacked end to end.

Building Instructions:
1. Barrel printing, Print either the short or long barrel. Then print the trunnion and fit them together. There is a solid barrel assembly if you prefer that instead.
2. Take the frame and fit the pieces together. You may need to drill or tap the holes to ensure the bolts will screw into the holes.
3. The hammer needs tp be added first. Slide the hammer spring into the frame and press the ham
