Miniature Lighthouse

This is a simple and easy to print miniature lighthouse. I created this in Solidworks for myself, and I figured I might as well share it with the community.

Total assembled height is just under 6 inches. The tower portion itself is 4.4 inches. I segmented it because my MP Select Mini is limited to 4.7x4.7x4.7 inches. Although it stays together fine with friction fit, it's a good idea to superglue the top portion on.

In the floor of the top part there is a small hole to pass wires for an LED through, if you wish to make a functioning model like me.


I plan on painting it and fitting a pulsing high power LED in it, and then mounting it atop a rocky island sculpted from high-density foam.
