Miniature paint rack

I started out making a version of the Modular Hobby Paint Rack - Small with the intention of just shortening the levels so you don't need risers and also to just make it a bit smaller. I ended up continuing a failed previous creation of mine.

Except for the fact that this is just unnecessarily complex and more prone to printing failures the way it's printed is identical to how the original creation is printed.
