Go wild with adding interlocking-brick accessories. Fun design that scoots across the floor nicely. Getting the stud dimensions dialed in is not a perfect science. A lot of factors (print temp, filament brand, layer height, etc.) change the printed stud diameter ever-so-slightly. If you use the presets set up the print profile as well as Bambu or Sunlu PLA, you should have a pretty good connection on the studs. Likewise, I've tried to strike a balance with the force it takes to press the axles together. Depending on the factors mention above, pressing them together might take some force or be really easy. Worse case scenario, you might have to add a tiny drop of glue to the axles.
