A minimal Raspberry Pi case for mounting vertically to the side of an Ender 3. I don't have much space to the side of my printer and wanted something that would keep it accessible yet still out of the way.
The OpenSCAD file is still a bit of a prototype and will break if the wrong parameter is tweaked, and is getting a cleanup pass. I'm posting it now mainly since a coworker wanted to try it out.
If desired, m2.5 screws can be used, but it should be functional without them. If you want to use them, it would be best to add the one nut that gets covered by the rail clip before putting that clip in place.
It has an alternative cover version with a slot for the display connector added. Clearing space for the GPIO header is halfway done so a version with that should be up soon.
The dovetails on the clips to connect to the rails are a bit tight, and might need a little cleanup. A refinement to taper the ends for easier assembly is in the pipeline.
The grill on the sides is ang
