Minimalist Bookmark

  I love reading books in my spare time, but I always face the same annoying problem: I can never find a bookmark.   You might think, "There are millions of bookmarks in the world, how can you not find one?" Well, I hate adding extra bulk to my books. Regular bookmarks feel like a burden while reading. I even use a straw wrapper as a bookmark sometimes, as you can see in the image below. So, I decided to 3D print the simplest bookmark possible. After testing different sizes and thicknesses, I found that 0.3mm is the sweet spot. Printing at a 0.1mm layer height allows three layers to form a tiny, tapered wedge at the edge. I believe this slim wedge shape is essential for a great bookmark, as shown in the image below. It is easy to print, use, and carry around. Plus, the minimalist design adds zero bulk to my books. It genuinely makes reading even more enjoyable. Now, I want to share this design with anyone else struggling to find the perfect bookmark.
