Minimalistic MK8 Replacement - FlashForge

This is a re-work of Emmett's original MK8 replacement, that works properly on the FlashForge Creator. I love Emmett's original design, and have had it installed on my Replicator 1 Dual forever, and it works like a champion every time. Even though I have tried some of the other re-mixes, the original has always worked best for me. I finally decided to rework my FlashForge Creator in the same way, but it requires modification of the top piece to use their existing drive gear. I have had some friends ask for this tweak, so here it is. New top pieces for both the left and the right.
