minimantolerance test toyminiman is a figurine toy that I designed that ended up being a fantastic test to see how well your printer can work with print-in-place hinges and moving parts. Each part has a 0.2mm clearance in which the body parts should not fuse together. If your printer and material is tuned well, your parts will print with minimal to no fusing and the hinges and articulation points can all move freely without falling apart. Three profiles are provided, each with varying difficulty to print correctly:Easy: 120% scale, the parts are likely to not fuse, even without perfect tuningMedium: 110% scale, better material tuning is needed, and good adhesion is importantHard: 100% scale, very very good tuning needed, and adhesion can be tough!Some notes I've found while testing:PLA Matte is best at not fusing, PLA Basic was more likely to fuseThe fists are the most difficult part, if the printer isn't tuned well the fists can break when trying to turn themThis is all done w
