Mining Colony Custom Tile Holder

This is a custom tile holder for the board game Mining Colony.

It holds the game's cardboard tiles for storage and during play. It fits in the box, and can be placed on the board during the game. This makes it much easier to get the box to close, and saves a lot of setup time sorting the tiles into stacks of the same shape.

We went with a 3D-printed resin piece, modeled more or less after the tile outlines on the board itself. It was bigger than the working area of our printer, so we split the model into two halves, and resin-bonded the pieces afterwards. I've included files for the individual pieces we printed and joined, as well as the complete model as a single piece for those with larger printers.
