Minishell reloading kit for Lee Load All

This is a set of spacers to enable Minishell (or any other shortshell) reloaging on a Lee Load All reloading press.

How to reload minishells on a Load-All:
- Stages 1+2 (de- and re-priming) work with shorter shells without any modifications.
- Stages 3+4 (drop and pre-crimp) require a spacer beneath the shell (lee_minispacer). Print using ABS for better impact resistance; acetone smoothing improves adhesion and finish. I added small magnets to hold on to the shell, this is optional.
- Stage 5 (final crimp) requires a spacer inside the crimp tube (lee_minicrimp). Print us
