We build a lot of tiny robots! Specifically UK Antweight (150g) Combat robots, and these need tiny tools. Not just tiny, but easily portable and always on hand. That is the exact purpose of these mini tools and holder - fit where allen keys and standard drivers cannot.

As these are small, we are talking 4mm bits with tiny tool heads. Torque is not going to be an issue.
Therefore, good old Basic PLA is fine for this job, and holds its own quite admirably.

The case uses 6mm dia, 3mm deep magnets (x5) to hold the tool in place - they should pop right in, but a drop of superglue cannot harm. Cover slides over the top, and is tight enough to hold in place, but easily come off when required.
