This moving keychain is a fun way to give a sentimental present to a loved one. The gears are print-in-place, so the only assembly is putting the little pegs into the center of the gears, then attaching the top and bottom plates. Super easy! I don't even like assembling 3D printed parts, so that should tell you how easy it is to put together. I did include a couple of pictures of the process as well. I started by placing the pegs on the back plate, but it did ultimately work best to put the pegs through the gears first, then onto the back plate and press the front plate on top. They might be just a little tight fit in the gears - do be careful when pushing them through! There should be a tolerance test with three pegs and a gear to make sure that your printer is dialed in for the tight tolerances. If it's too tight to get through, you can adjust the size of the pegs just a little bit at a time, but I did end up adding just a tiny drop of glue to make sure they stayed in place o
