This is my second version which fixes the tolerances a bit. I also upsized the text to print well with my .4mm head.
Required hardware (similar to Taki's):
MiSTer Pi stock standoffs
4x M3x11mm male/female standoffs or 4x M3x10mm male/female standoffs (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/keystone-electronics/24319/316177)
4x M3x4mm screws for the bottom panel (the originals are too long for the bottom)
The panels slide into rails attached to the top piece and the bottom locks it together using the printed pins which "plug" in.
You'll need to print 4 of the pins on their side to get the intended strength.
You also need to print 3 buttons.
The kit seems solid without screws, but I didn't trust it.
CAUTION: Tighten the bottom screws first and do not overtighten the screws for the top.
I've added "generic" 3mf files from Bambu Studio.
