Emergency ventilator based on the MIT E-Vent project. Specifically v2 T-Slot version. Fully printable mechanicals, with some standard optimizations like brass inserts and cut-outs where material is unneeded.

I used a hybrid-stepper to drive this updated design. I control the motor with a ROSpy pkg. Its a quick and simple SW-only motor driver, its only a proof of concept. I'm working on a ROSserial-arduino based driver that will be more reliable. My intention is to build the basic motor driver as a ROS package and use high-level, more advanced robotics packages to handle the more complex aspects of a ventilator.

Details to wire-up the RPi to the stepper-driver, build and use the ROS pkg are in the github repo README. Including how to configure and operate the systems using the ROS services and topic publisher.
