Mk23 LEM

This is a LEM unit for a Tokyo Marui Mk23 Airsoft gun. This is designed to hold a cheap 300 lumens Chinese flashlight that you can find from a dozen different brands on sites like Amazon.

The switch is a 6x6x5mm mini push button and sits in the toggle housing and is held in with some glue. It should be wired as a replacement for the switch found in the end cap of the standard flashlight.

The handguard is held to the top housing using a m3x40mm screw. The flashlight is held in using m3 screws & square m3 bolts. The toggle house is screwed down using m2 screws.

The hand screw is press fit around a bolt. It was hard to find a screw that fit exactly like the original marui so I don't have a recommendation for it.

The toggle uses two springs to help center the toggle arm. The spring I used was 1/8" x 5/16".
