MK3S modified long filament guide

This is a modification on the MK3S filament guide by TechnoSapienDesign. I found this the best filament guide, especially as the clip to the frame gave clearance to the extruder, even at max print height.

However, at the max height I found it put a lot of tension on the filament when at the extremes of the x axis (especially if its in a Bowden tube). To fix this I added a long neck to the guide, so the angle between the guide and the extruder is less acute. Now the extruder can be at the max print height and at the end of the x axis without tension.
