Mk8 extruder mount

its a hinged extruder mount with 1 bolt holding the extruder in position, allowing quick removal of extruder if needed (I.E:- cleaning, hot end rebuild), been altering the design for a while till I got a decent strength solution, works perfectly on my i3, but should fit other machines.
