MK8 Filament guide

This is designed to fit the extruder that has been updated to the metal parts. The original guide did work very well, but on a rare occasion during a filament retract action, it would cause the hob gear to bind. I have added additional support to the guide and added ends that wrap around the end of the body adding support. You may have to drill out the filament feed hole if it becomes partially blocked during printing of it.
This fits the Metal MK8 upgrade part.
