MKIII - Disc

This part can be used with the MKIII wind turbine (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2851306).

The original disc design showed the designer's impressive technical and mechanical engineering skills.
There were a few downsides to it that inspired me to design this simplified version.
* The original version required a lot of additional parts which made it slightly more expensive and increased the overall complexity.
* The blades wouldn't lock in place at a certain position even with the blade settings tool. They started to get loose after a while.
* The blades needed a hex nut added during printing (had to pause the print) which is more something for advanced users

When using this disc, the following parts of the original parts list **aren't needed** anymore:
