MMDVM case with m3 nut traps

Remix of the MMDVM Hotspot case by David Liao.

When I printed it, it was great but my Pi/MMDVM hat combo is about a mm too tall to let me shut the 2 halves of the case together properly. So I made the top half 1mm taller.

Also, I wanted to use M3 nuts rather than screw the screws into plastic, so I remixed the bottom half of the case to allow that.
