3D Print of Electrical Pylon

I have tried printing these off on a Halot Mage three times and I have not been able to get a good print. So I let my buddy try on his Halot Mage Pro and it printed just fine for him. After examing the picture he sent me of his successful print I noticed that he added supports to his base. Fortunately, I can used the misprints as terrain still, being I run a Fallout 2D20 game and play Fallout:WWF so I am not really out anything.
Is there a way for my to get files that are not pre supported, as
