3D Print of CLASSIC RUINS WTC SET 01

So, I have been having huge problems on the first layer when I try to print this stuff. I may have identified the problem. It looks like just those little circled sections are actually touching the build plate, and everything else must be set up above it by at least a fraction of a millimeter. Has anyone else had problems with this?
