In the winter of 1914; soldiers from the Sievesk infantry regiment, 1st Brigade, 5th Infantry Division, reinforce a key point in an attempt to save a forward company, overrun by demonic entities emerging from the Northern Hellgate.

This forward company failed in its main objective to locate and recover the banner of the 9th Light Dragoon battalion under Colonel Rodionov who were annihilated in a previous engagement. Realising their losing position, they attempted to withdraw back to the Kolov
