3D Print of Ray, the Manta Ray

I also bought this file. Printed it and the first motion off the print bed, the ends of his body fell off. He's very delicate and cannot be handled at all. Is there a fix for this? I spent money for this file. Would appreciate any upgrades made to this design at no extra cost.
