3D Print of Tiny Wyvern

Is there an issue with the wings? These just don't look right when printed like the ones you have in your original screenshots. These wings look very not smooth in my print. This was the 100% model. Maybe I have it going too fast or something. Top Shell Layers are 3 and Top Shell Thickness is .6. Wall Loops are set to 3, I am about to print some more and set the Top Layer Speed to 100mm/s instead of the 200mm/s it was at. Also did this for the Outer Wall speed this time from 200 to 100mm/
