3D Print of Cute Flexi Shrimp

Oh no, I love the model how it is, when I printed it the first time I had trouble getting the legs free from their printed spot and accidentally broke them. I printed it again and I think it came out a bit better this time. So in the photo I'm talking about where the joints meet the body.i was wondering if you had tips for loosening them so that they do dangle around like how they are supposed to. If it's a material issue or something with the printer I have I'll understand
