3D Print of Grimdark Foldable GW layout Ruins - Imperial Gothic

i keep getting HORRIBLE resonance problems about 1/3rd way up the print... the only one i had success was the one I did a single print on which I posted a picture. I went through about 2+kg of spool with about 3 different fails. How can I decrease the speed at the top 60% of the print in bambu studio? I went ahead and decreased the Max Volumetric speed a little and i tried reducing some of the other layer speed settings but there isn't a simple reduce speedat the top 40% by 50% option. I will
