3D Print of Wood Elves - Lord on Forest Dragon

Hey trying to print this bad boy out , looks like there's a issue with the head .

because by the looks of it there seems to be something merged with the neck that isnt supposed to be there.

I can clean it up with cutting but it won't be clean
