My interpretation of the Phosphor Witch Matriarch, the gold is a simple gold dry brush right onto the black primed parts, the red parts of the robe are also just dry brushing, I used in total 1 rattlecan and 4 colors on this. Ignore the base topper as it's getting a repaint tomorrow. "And the Angel Sing...."
