This is Mince Cleaver. He is never anywhere without his cleavers. You can spot him down in the Dragon's Den getting a pint, or mingling with the social lights. He also really knows how to speak to the ladies; all the while doing fancy tricks with his cleavers... throwing them in the air and catching on point, or setting them ablaze to tempt the succubi.
