In the story, this Kobloid has colour changing skin, and when they are in a hunting mood, they switch to purple, showing deep concentration. The crossbow is made out of bone from their prey, ensuring that no part of the harvest goes to waste. They also use teeth as a common status symbol, taking one tooth from their 3 biggest harvests.
