Arsen was one of the first agents to enter the Bubble. It happened to him during the battle of Debal'ceve in 2015. He was immediately taken in by the Professor and equipped with a ‘broad-spectrum vibrophone’. This prevented him from profound mutations allowing him to maintain a 100% human appearance.
