Me again, sorry for the spam!
Some I've spent way to much time on this trying to make everything fit perfectly. Here's what I came up with:
Current problems:
- Normal version: pegs are too loose for floor holes
- Tighter version: pegs are too tight for caps holes
Proposed solution: Fixe current inconsistent measures and (possibly) publish a single version.
Changes:
- Pegs should be 7mm wide
- Pegs should be moved to 2.6mm from the edges
- Floor holes should be changed from 7.5mm to 7.6mm
