Nyokan Astralseers

From the depths of the complex catacomb's of the Howling Summit where astralseers from across the planet escaped the fury of a populous rife with suspicion and hatred for those that make any use of the astral void. Untold ages have passed since then, isolated from the fury of Valtaria's populous, yet their messengers are much needed as the word of the greater Empire. While many were mere messengers, few came to share the divining powers of their masters and fewer still find their powers called u
