Bike light seat post bracket

This is a replacement and redesign of the strap mechanism that holds my dad's bike light in place on his seat post. I'm not actually sure what brand of light it is, since it's not marked on the light itself anywhere. The original strap failed because the retaining tab that the strap attaches to via one of the loops snapped off the base that the light mounts to. If you have the same light, re-use the mounting bolt that came with the light to attach it to this bracket. You should be able to use
