CR10/ENDER 3/5 hot end cooler MK8, Blower, BLTouch

upgraded version of stock hotend cooler for ENDER 3/5 and CR10 series I made this model for my custom hot end but it have almost same dimension like stock MK8 hotend so it will work with it.  I set this setting for BLTouch.
