A highly detailed model of the russian ZIL Karatel ´, also known as ZIL Falcatus, or with it's codename, the Punisher. This vehicle is almost exclusively used by the FSB, it literally became one of the more obscure vehicle like the nature of operation of the institution where it belongs. It has a batmobile-esque appearance, but it doesn't transport batman, rather a group of guys from the FSB field unit, itching to hunt down state enemies.
